Return Policy – Northfield Leather

Thank you for your purchase from Northfield Leather. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or does not match the description.

  • Items that have been customized, altered for hygiene reasons, or made to order are not eligible for return.


How to Return an Item

  1. Submit your return request through our customer service team.

  2. Securely package the item and include a copy of your order confirmation.

  3. Send the package to the return address provided after your return request has been approved.


Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing the refund may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
